Sussex County Recorder of Deeds, John F. Brady, 49, of Angola, will formally announce his run
for Delaware Insurance Commissioner in a “four county tour” on Thursday, February 7, 2008.

The first stop will be at 7:30 am outside of Browseabout Books, located at 133 Rehoboth Ave. in

this stop will be financial integrity and proven management in public office, as well as
protection for coastal homeowners. For directions, visit http://www.browseaboutbooks.com/.

Then the tour will have a 12:00 pm stop in Kent County at the Old State House in Dover. This

access to, and choices in, health insurance, coastal property insurance, and automobile
insurance.  He will also address the Chips program, and how to make more Delawareans

Press Releases
John F. Brady for Delaware State
Insurance Commissioner 2008
April 15, 2008

Dear Friends,

Over the past few days I have received countless phone calls and e-mails asking for my
thoughts on the latest revelation that one of my opponents has accepted thousands of dollars
in political contributions from a company that has done $60 million worth of work for the
Insurance Department since 2004.

There are three points I would like to make about this.

First, I agree with the stance the current Insurance Commissioner, Matt Denn, has taken -
namely that I will not accept campaign contributions from those involved in the insurance
industry.

Second, my campaign for Insurance Commissioner - just like my successful campaigns for
Sussex County Recorder of Deeds and Sussex County Register in Chancery - is based on
complete transparency. Delaware voters have a right to know who is contributing to me and I
will continue to honor that right.

Finally, while state election laws only require a financial campaign report to be filed on an
annual basis or 30 days before a primary or general election in an election year, I am
committed to filing a report for public review every quarter.

Like you, I believe elected officials should be held to a high standard, should practice
transparency in their campaigns, and should be accountable to the citizens who elect them.

I thank you for your support and I look forward to serving as your next Insurance Commissioner.

Sincerely,
John F. Brady
